Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Bpost Economy - untracked

Bpost Standard - tracked

Shipping within Belgium and to France, Germany, The Netherlands and Luxembourg is always Bpost Standard and therefore includes tracking. For all other countries, we understand that while tracking is important to you, this is significantly more expensive. That’s why untracked economy shipping is available as well, if you want to save on shipping costs. This way you always have the choice. 

Order Processing Time

We always aim to deliver your product to you as soon as possible, but please note that most garments are made to order just for you and require time to get made. Some items like certain T-shirts may be ready to ship if your size is in stock. You can find more exact timeframes on the concerning product pages. In any case, we’re working hard behind the scenes to get you dressed in your new garment ASAP!

International Orders

For customers outside of the European Union, your package may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. We unfortunately have no control over this so you, as the customer, are responsible for paying these fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

As of May 2026, shipping to Iran, Iraq, Israel and Kuwait is unfortunately not possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
